Marius is an experienced financial analyst, a licensed insolvency practitioner and member of the Romanian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Practitioners Association. Marius held managerial positions in various reputed financial institutions over the last 12 years having an extensive and in-depth knowledge of the financial and economical overview of companies, with advanced skills in drafting and implementing complex financial and operational restructuring schemes. Marius graduated from the Military Technical Academy- Bucharest, Faculty of Mechanics (1993) and Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iaşi, Faculty of Economics, Industrial Management (1998). He has an MA in Financial Analysis from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca, in 2005, and a PhD in Laser Technology from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University, Iaşi, which he obtained in 2009. In addition to his economic and engineering training, Marius is a licensed evaluator and member of the Romanian National Association of Evaluators and also a licensed technical expert and member of the Technical Experts’ Body. Ștefan is a licensed insolvency practitioner, member of the Romanian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Practitioners Association as well as head lawyer of ”Goronescu Radu-Ștefan Law Office”. Ștefan has been practicing law for over 11 years, with vast legal experience in both litigation and consultancy. A true pioneer in the field of electric energy, he has worked on the operating rules and regulations for the centralized and non-centralized electricity markets and has specialized in electricity trading and supply contracts, with an accreditation granted by the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET). Stefan also has an impressive experience in commercial and corporate law. His main areas of expertise include foreign investments, complex mergers, acquisitions and privatization procedures, real estate development projects, development of retail businesses and, of course, insolvency procedures. Over the years, Ștefan has been recognized by various publications as a Top Romanian energy lawyer in Romania.
